Vendor Registration


Vendor set up is  6:00 a.m. to 8:55 a.m.  When you arrive, please check in to receive your vendor package and directions to your booth location.

Expo hours are from 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  All Vendors are expected to remain open during the entire duration and not pack up early..

Electricity will be available (at no additional cost to vendors), please bring your own extension cord/power strip and additional display lighting. we will also be providing table cloths and skirting for tables.

Only vendors who have purchased a table may bring or sell animals at this event. We do not allow walking vendors or parking lot sales. Please also leave any pets you may have at home (dogs, cats, ect.). 

 Registration fee for tables/ spaces are $100 each.(All tables are 8 ft).  If you require multiple tables please let us know so that we can accommodate you !

Reserved Table space will be held until 9:00 am. After that time they will become available to any other vendor who wishes to rent them at the regular fee.

There will be 2 tags included for each vendor. Name tags will be given out for the vendor admissions, please wear them - this will allow you to come and go freely throughout the show.  if additional tickets or passes are need please let us know. (these can be purchased at a discounted fee) These are for vendor use ONLY!
